Refund Policy

1. Service Fees - Non-Refundable Once Work Started
Service fees for consulting and administrative support services become non-refundable once work has commenced. We define commencement of work as when we begin providing services or consulting support related to your request.
2. Government Filing Fees - Non-Refundable
Any government filing fees, registration fees, or statutory fees paid to government agencies are non-refundable. These fees are paid directly to government authorities and cannot be retrieved. We are not responsible for any rejections or denials by government agencies.
3. Bank Fees and Third-Party Costs - Non-Refundable
Any fees charged by financial institutions, payment processors, or other third-party service providers are non-refundable. These fees are controlled by external parties and are not refundable through Weike Wangluo LLC. This includes bank account setup fees, payment gateway application fees, and other third-party charges.
4. Refunds for Services Not Yet Started
If you request a refund before we have commenced work on your service, we may consider a refund of service fees on a case-by-case basis. The refund will be evaluated based on the timing of the request and the status of the service. A refund may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10-20% of the total service fee.
5. Refund Request Procedures
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a written refund request via email to support@weikewangluo.com
- Include your account information, service details, and reason for refund request
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of payment
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method
6. Partial Services - No Refunds
If you have received partial services or consulting guidance, no refunds will be issued for the services already provided. You are responsible for payment for all work completed, regardless of the final outcome.
7. Service Approval Not Guaranteed
Weike Wangluo LLC does not guarantee approval of company formation, bank accounts, payment gateways, or other services provided by third parties. Fees paid are for our consulting and assistance services, not for approval guarantees. Rejection by third-party institutions does not entitle you to a refund of our service fees.
8. Credit Towards Future Services
Instead of a refund, we may offer you a credit towards future services provided by Weike Wangluo LLC. This credit must be used within 12 months of issuance and is non-transferable.
9. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to refuse future service to you. Any chargeback fees incurred by our company will be passed on to you.
10. Policy Changes
Weike Wangluo LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any policy changes.
